The Callie Bea was exactly what we needed for a little getaway! It had everything you needed plus more. We like staying off the beaten path in this area was perfect, but not too far. We will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Craig was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It’s also in a great location with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay at Cali Bea was perfect for our group. It was what we wanted and expected. The kitchen was great for a few of us that like to cook and the open area was perfect for us to gather and hang out. The golf cart was perfect to take us to and from the beach and pool. Our stay couldn't have been more great. Attention to the cleanliness of the house was super important for us and we felt the detail there. Thank you so much Craig for being prompt with responses and making us feel welcome at your home.

Our family of 7 had a great stay. The house was spacious, clean and beautiful. The location was amazing to the downtown, grocery store, restaurants and more. Craig didn’t miss any details when creating this space.

This place was amazing for our short trip to TN. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful scenery and spotless house. Will be renting again with Craig in the future. The only downfall for me was we didnt stay long enough!!

We had a lovely spring break here with our whole family! The house was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable!! the golf cart and beach gear were a nice addition. super walkable to the beach and inside the community, and conveniently located!

If you’re staying in the Pigeon Forge area then this place is really the best option by far. With only a few minutes drive to the main Pigeon Forge strip it was super accessible to the town while still being off the main road. The cabin was quaint and felt homey. We loved the closeness to the town and everything we had planned nearby. Would recommend for anyone wanting a quiet stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

My family really enjoyed our spring break vacation at the Cali Bea. A relaxing and nice break from Illinois! The Cali Bea was beautiful and so nice and clean to walk into. Just like the pictures and even nicer in person. The porches were a great place to enjoy morning coffee especially on the swing. There’s a water fountain near by you can hear. The area was equally as nice and a joy to take my morning walk. Everyone there was very friendly. And of course my boys loved the large tv so they could watch March Madness and their beloved Illini.
The pool area is very nice and it was a perk being so close to Publix and coffee at the ice creamery. It was our first time visiting Seaside. We loved it and will be back. So much to do. The golf cart was perfect for getting around - going to the beach, the shops at Seaside, and restaurants.
Craig was great and always very helpful and responsive.
I’m so glad we found the Cali Bea! We’ll be back! 😄

This Airbnb has to be my favorite so far. The location of the cabin is not far up in the mountains so the drive was amazing. Everything was within 25 min from where we were. The cabin itself was beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults but would be great for a family as-well. The hosts were easy to contact and extremely helpful. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to go to smokies.

We had a sisters only weekend and it was great. The cabin was peaceful and the setting was beautiful. The cabin was furnished with extras of everything such as bath tissue, soaps, bath products, paper towels. The place was immaculate. It was perfect for three sisters who had their own king size bed and attached bathrooms. Thanks again to Craig for a wonderful experience.
